Hi, I'm Claire - an Accredited Practising Dietitian based in Perth's western suburbs.

My relationship with nutrition didn't start in a lecture theatre. Like so many of my clients, I spent my late teens navigating a sea of conflicting advice online, experimenting with fad diets and cutting out food groups in search of the "right" answer. It wasn't until a friend convinced me to take a nutrition elective during my undergrad that everything clicked. Here was the science behind what I'd been guessing at, blending human biology, physiology and psychology with something I genuinely loved. I went on to complete a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Dietetics, and I've never looked back.

I work with adults across a wide range of areas, including general wellbeing and disease prevention, weight management, women's health and chronic disease management. My approach is simple: cut through the complexity, focus on what actually matters, and build healthy habits that fit into your real life.

When I'm not working, you'll find me in the gym, doing Pilates, walking with friends or soaking up the ocean and the outdoors.
